You're under no obligation, and we encourage you to take your time to decide what's right for you.
Are the treatments painful?
We fully understand initial reluctance due to the worry over needles, but rest
assured; you will never feel rushed. We always offer numbing creams, and the
needles are honestly very tiny… you will feel pampered, not punctured!
What is the downtime after treatments like anti-wrinkle injections or fillers?
Most of our treatments have minimal to no downtime. You can typically return to your normal activities immediately. Dr. Halliday will provide detailed aftercare instructions to minimize any potential side effects and ensure optimal results.
I've had filler treatment elsewhere and I'm not happy with the results. Can Dr. Halliday help?
Yes, Dr. Halliday offers hyaluronidase injections to safely and effectively dissolve hyaluronic acid fillers. This is a popular option for those who have had previous filler treatments that they are unhappy with or that have migrated.
I'm interested in cryotherapy. What types of skin imperfections can it treat?
Cryotherapy is a safe and effective method for removing a variety of skin imperfections, including skin tags, moles, warts, and verrucae. During your consultation, Dr. Halliday will assess your skin and determine if cryotherapy is the right treatment option for you.
Is Dr. Halliday qualified to perform these aesthetic treatments?
Absolutely. Dr. Amber Halliday is a highly experienced GP registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) with extensive training and accreditation in aesthetic medicine. She adheres to the highest medical standards and ethical practices to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
What Skin care products would you recommend?
We are excited to offer AlumierMD Skin Care in this area. These are medical-grade products with clinically proven ingredients that I am very passionate about. Come in for a consultation with Dr Halliday to tailor the products to suit your skin and a prescription will be generated. Booking deposit £50 redeemable again in-clinic treatments. Treat yourself to the customised skin care you deserve.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We also offer payment plans for certain treatments to help make them more accessible – please enquire for details.
How long will the results of anti-wrinkle injections or fillers last?
The longevity of results varies depending on the treatment, the product used, and individual factors such as your metabolism and lifestyle. On average, anti-wrinkle injections can last 3-4 months, while dermal fillers can last anywhere from 6 to 18 months. Dr. Halliday will discuss the expected duration of results during your consultation.
Do you offer any treatments for excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis)?
Yes, we offer botulinum toxin injections to treat hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). This treatment temporarily blocks the nerve signals that stimulate sweat glands, providing relief from excessive perspiration.
