Message us and we will put your products aside. We keep trial sizes of many products, so you can try before buying a full size.
Using your products
- Use each product at the times ticked on your card: morning, evening or both.
- Introduce one new product at a time, a few days apart.
- If anything stings, burns or irritates, stop using it and contact us.
- Retinoids are not for use in pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
- Wear sunscreen every morning, all year round.

If Dr Halliday has put you on an AlumierMD routine, your products are ordered through an account linked to Blue Bird Aesthetics. The information below explains how to get to it and what to do if you cannot:
Reordering something you already use
- Scan the QR code on your skincare plan card, or use the ordering link we sent you when your account was set up.
- Sign in with the email address you gave us in clinic. If you have forgotten the password, use the reset link on the sign-in page rather than creating a second account — a new account will not be linked to us.
- Your previous orders are listed, so a repeat order is usually two clicks.
You can also buy any of it in clinic, and we hold the products most people use.
If you cannot get into your account
Message us on WhatsApp on 07860 159 790 and we will re-send your ordering link. If your account was set up with a different email address, tell us which one and we will move it across so your order history stays in one place.
Starting a routine for the first time
AlumierMD is a professional range, which means it is chosen after a skin assessment rather than picked off a shelf. Dr Halliday looks at your skin, agrees a routine with you and writes it on a plan card you take home. How to read your skincare plan explains what the card means, and the AlumierMD page covers the range itself.
Consultations are free. If your skin does not need a medical-grade routine, we will tell you that.

CellDerma is ordered through a separate account, set up the same way. Both appear on your plan card, with CellDerma products marked by a blue dot.
