Reserve your place in November. Decide after your consultation.
Why it runs for the whole of November
A treatment like NeoGen deserves a proper conversation and time to think. So this offer runs for the whole of November, starts with a deposit, followed by a consultation, and adds skincare to our standard course prices rather than taking money off them. If NeoGen is not right for your skin, Dr Halliday will tell you.

Questions about the offer
Do I have to decide at my consultation?
No. Your consultation is a conversation with Dr Halliday about your skin and whether NeoGen suits it. If she advises against it, your deposit is refunded in full. If you decide not to go ahead, it is refunded too, less the clinic price of any skincare you have opened.
How do I pay the deposit?
Message Dr Halliday on WhatsApp on 07860 159 790 to reserve your place. You can then pay by bank transfer, using the details we send you, or by card in clinic. Deposits must be paid by Monday 30 November.
Which option should I choose?
Choose the one that covers the areas you would like treated, or ask Dr Halliday on WhatsApp. If she recommends the other option at your consultation, you can switch and we will adjust your deposit.
What is the recovery like?
NeoGen has a recovery period, which depends on the area treated and the energy used. Dr Halliday will talk you through it at your consultation, and our guide to cost, results, side effects and recovery, linked below, sets it out in detail.
What can I use the £150 credit on?
The credit comes with the All-in course. You can use it on skincare, facials and skin treatments at Blue Bird Aesthetics within six months of your third treatment. It cannot be used on prescription-only treatments.
What happens after 30 November or once all 15 courses have been reserved?
NeoGen remains available at our usual prices. The skincare collection and the All-in extras are part of this offer only.
What if I am already a customer at Blue Bird Aesthetics?
That’s fine, thank you for returning! We want everyone to be able to benefit from this offer. If Dr Halliday already knows your treatment history, she may be able to discuss the next steps with you remotely. Whether a remote discussion is sufficient depends on your circumstances and the information available. Any assessment or consultation needed to confirm suitability will take place before treatment.
Terms
The offer
- This offer is run by Blue Bird Aesthetics Ltd, 4 Warwick Lane, Worthing BN11 3DP. It runs from 1 to 30 November 2026, or until all 15 courses are reserved if that happens sooner. If the offer sells out early, we will say so on this page.
- It is open to new and existing patients aged 18 or over and cannot be combined with any other offer.
- NeoGen Lift costs £2,495 and NeoGen All-in £3,495, each for a course of three treatments. These are our standard course prices, including VAT. A cleanser and SPF come with every NeoGen course; the rest of the skincare collection, the All-in extras and the clinic credit are added for this offer. Skincare values are at our clinic prices.
Your deposit
- To secure a course, pay a deposit of half the course price by 30 November 2026: £1,247.50 for NeoGen Lift or £1,747.50 for NeoGen All-in. You can pay by bank transfer or by card in clinic. We send our bank details by WhatsApp when you reserve; if you ever receive different bank details, call us on 07860 159 790 before paying.
- Your deposit secures the offer. It does not mean NeoGen will be suitable for you. Every course depends on an in-person consultation with Dr Amber Halliday and her assessment, and no treatment takes place until you have had that consultation and agreed to go ahead.
- Your consultation can take place after 30 November. If you and Dr Halliday agree on the other option, we will refund or collect the difference in deposit.
- The balance is due at your first treatment, unless you agree otherwise with Dr Halliday.
Refunds
- If Dr Halliday advises against NeoGen at any stage, your deposit is refunded in full.
- If you change your mind before your first treatment, your deposit is refunded in full. If you have already been given your skincare, please return it unopened; if you have opened any of it, we deduct the clinic price of the opened products from your refund.
- If we cannot offer your first treatment by 30 April 2027, or cannot complete your course, we refund everything you have paid for treatments you have not had, and you keep your skincare.
- If your course stops after it has started, for clinical reasons or because you decide not to continue, we refund one third of the course price for each treatment you have not had.
- Refunds are paid to the card or account you paid from, within 14 days of you telling us. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Treatments and skincare
- Treatments begin from January 2027. They are usually about four weeks apart and no more than eight weeks apart, unless Dr Halliday advises otherwise. Your first treatment must take place by 30 April 2027, unless Dr Halliday agrees a later date with you.
- You will be given your skincare collection at your consultation, once you decide to go ahead, or before your first treatment. Dr Halliday may substitute an equivalent product if another suits your skin better.
- Our usual policy on late cancellations and missed appointments applies to every treatment in the course. We will send you a copy when you reserve.
£150 clinic credit (NeoGen All-in only)
- The credit is activated after your third treatment and is valid for six months. You can use it on skincare, facials and skin treatments at Blue Bird Aesthetics, but not on prescription-only treatments.
- The credit cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and there is no cash alternative to the skincare collection.
