By booking a consultation or treatment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

4. Consultations
Consultations with Dr Amber Halliday are complimentary and designed to explore your goals, medical history, and suitability for treatment. A consultation does not oblige either party to proceed with treatment, and no treatment will be carried out without informed consent.
5. Treatments
- All treatments are subject to a full medical assessment to ensure suitability and safety.
- Only high‑quality, approved products are used, and all procedures follow strict hygiene and clinical protocols.
- Aesthetic treatments involve individual biological variation. While we aim for natural and optimal outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed.
- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non‑refundable in the event of late cancellation or non‑attendance but may be transferred with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Treatments are provided to clients aged 18 and over. Certain treatments—such as Cryotherapy, as an example—may be offered to under‑18s only with verified parental consent and an appropriate safeguarding assessment.
6. Pricing and Payment
- Treatment prices may change without prior notice.
- Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All prices are quoted in GBP and are exempt from VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or amend an appointment.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit paid.
- Where appointments are booked online, statutory cancellation rights may apply. Where you request that treatment is provided within the statutory cooling‑off period, you expressly consent to the service beginning during that period and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once the service has been fully performed.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, we are not liable for dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes or for complications that arise despite appropriate medical care being provided and where pre‑ and post‑treatment advice has been followed. Clients are advised to seek medical advice if they have concerns before or after treatment.
9. Confidentiality
All client information is handled with strict confidentiality. We do not share personal data with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
10. Data Protection
We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and all applicable data protection laws. Your personal information is used solely for the provision, administration, and improvement of our services.
11. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment or experience, please contact us in writing so we can investigate and respond appropriately in line with our complaints procedure.
12. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Blue Bird Aesthetics Ltd in relation to the services provided and supersede any prior discussions or representations.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this website and will take immediate effect unless stated otherwise.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
