Yes — the clinic is appointment‑only. This ensures privacy, calm, and dedicated time with the doctor. We are often fully booked, so advance booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.

The clinic is located on Worthing High Street, opposite Giuseppe’s Italian Restaurant and between Taylor Hairdressing and Ski‑Inspired. We’re just 30 seconds from Warwick Street, the main pedestrian shopping area. A short video guide is available showing the route from Warwick Street to our door.

The clinic is not fully disability accessible, but reasonable adjustments can be made. We can arrange to see you in our downstairs treatment room if needed; this must be pre‑arranged so we can ensure the space is available and prepared for you.

Yes — there is a customer toilet on the ground floor, available before or after your appointment.

Yes — you’re welcome to bring a friend or family member for support during your appointment.
