Yes. Every treatment begins with a medical consultation to assess your skin, medical history, and suitability. Treatments only go ahead if clinically appropriate.

Nothing. Every treatment at Blue Bird Aesthetics begins with a free medical consultation with Dr Amber Halliday.

When you book through Glowday, a £75 card authorisation is taken. No payment is collected if you attend your appointment. The charge applies only if you do not attend, or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. This replaced our previous deposit system and exists because an unfilled appointment slot cannot be offered to another patient at short notice.

Treatment prices are confirmed during your consultation and paid in clinic afterwards.

Yes, but booking a treatment simply reserves your appointment. The final plan is confirmed after your consultation with Dr Halliday.

Not always. If a treatment is not clinically appropriate or safe, it will not go ahead. No charge is applied, and alternative options may be discussed if suitable.

Botox” is a well‑known brand name for a prescription‑only medicine (POM) used in medical aesthetics to soften expression lines. Because it is a POM, clinics are not permitted to advertise it directly, which is why the term “anti‑wrinkle injections” is used in treatment information.

There are several prescription products in this category, each with slightly different characteristics. During a medical consultation,Dr Amber Halliday will assess your facial anatomy, medical history and treatment goals to determine whether treatment is appropriate and which product is clinically suitable

Most people return to normal activities immediately. You may notice small bumps, redness or mild swelling at the injection sites, which usually settle within a few hours. Dr Halliday will provide personalised aftercare advice during your appointment.
