Why Continue Between Appointments
In-clinic LED is typically used as a short, focused add-on around a treatment. An at-home device works differently: used consistently, a few times a week, it’s a way of supporting your skin’s ongoing routine rather than a single session’s recovery. Neither replaces the other — they do different jobs.
The LW Silicon PRO LED Mask
Dr Halliday recommends the LW Silicon PRO LED Mask as a flexible, silicone at-home device for use between clinic visits. It combines four wavelengths — Red (660nm), Near-Infrared (850nm), Blue (460nm) and Yellow (590nm) — each associated with a different skin benefit, from supporting the skin’s natural collagen processes to calming visible redness and reducing the appearance of blemishes.

Is LED light therapy safe to use at home?
